Additional realism and (humor) comes from dealing with the scandal hungry sporting media, the fragile egos of unhappy superstar players and a board of directors all watching every move of the manager charged with guiding their first XI to glory. Added realism is offered via the 3D game engine which allows the coach to watch the game "live". Like real life, managers exercise complete tactical control, pre match and half time team-talk and in game dugout instruction. As manager, the gamer assumes total control over transfer policies and team selection and rotation.
