You CAN get to the top of the leaderboard as a f2p in Hearthstone, even if you have whales against you, all you require is skill. Same scenario ? How oblivious can you be ? I also play the very same deck every single month to get the 5 wins, takes me maybe 15-20 games then I don't touch the game, not getting that much from it. I don't care about the leaderboard, but I wanna do as high Challenge Rifts I can anyway to get as much crafting material as I possibly can, I got to place 3 by accident so to speak, nothing I cared about per se. What is your point? Of course you can't compete with a 50 000 whale, but those are in such minority, it's irrelevant, I said that all the time, how many people are like that in the world? A handful?
